Bringing expert-grade cardiac diagnostics to every clinic — anywhere in the world.
MedicalCSE combines a certified wireless ECG device with cloud-based AI diagnostics to solve one of medicine's most persistent access gaps: timely cardiac screening for everyone, everywhere.
Cardiac care remains deeply unequal — and time matters.
Cardiovascular disease is the world's leading cause of death. Yet access to timely cardiac diagnosis remains dramatically unequal across geographies and healthcare systems.
In many regions, ECG interpretation still relies on manual review by scarce specialists. Delays of just minutes cost lives. Legacy hospital-grade equipment is expensive, closed, and impossible to scale into primary care, telemedicine or emerging markets.
Hundreds of millions of people simply don't have affordable, point-of-care cardiac diagnostics within reach.
That's what we set out to fix.
A complete cardiac diagnostics ecosystem
ECG-Expert
Clinical-grade wireless 12-lead ECG device. Portable, ready for point-of-care, telemedicine or ambulance deployment. CE-marked MDR Class IIa (Notified Body 0318), designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona under ISO 13485.
CorCloud
Cloud-based AI ECG intelligence. Structured, explainable analysis in about three seconds — verified by physicians, integrated into any clinical workflow. Built to plug into telemedicine platforms and hospital systems.
Together, they turn a fragmented, specialist-bottlenecked process into a scalable, accessible one — from a rural clinic in Latin America to a telemedicine platform in Europe.
Twenty-three years of engineering excellence — self-funded from day one.
MedicalCSE has been built since 2002 without external capital and without debt. That's given us the freedom to develop the right product, the right way, at our own pace.
We haven't chased buzzwords. We've built the foundation. Today we're a fully regulated cardiac diagnostics platform with:
- Real-world deployment across multiple continents
- Active integration with major telemedicine platforms
- Integration with AI ECG software providers (Cordys Analytics, Netherlands)
- Clinical collaboration with Hospital Clínic Barcelona
- Dr. Josep Brugada, co-discoverer of Brugada syndrome, as Medical Advisor
- €400,000 Eurostars grant for next-generation AI ECG development (with UMC Utrecht and Cordys Analytics)
We haven't needed capital to survive. Now we're ready to accelerate.
The inflection point
The technology is proven. The regulatory foundation is in place. The market is ready. We're now scaling in three directions.
Product portfolio
Expanding beyond resting ECG into Holter-Expert (long-term monitoring) and Stress-ECG — a complete cardiac diagnostics platform, all powered by the same AI infrastructure.
Global commercial reach
Building a focused sales and marketing organization to accelerate distributor activation in priority markets, secure FDA and COFEPRIS approvals, and open the US market.
Strategic partnerships
Selecting the right investment and commercial partners to help us reach the scale our mission demands — without compromising on regulatory excellence or clinical rigor.
Every ECG we analyze faster is a life potentially saved.
Every clinic we equip is a community better served. Every partner we bring into the platform helps us extend the reach.
This isn't a story about a single medical device. It's about building the infrastructure to make expert-grade cardiac diagnostics as common — and as accessible — as taking someone's temperature.
We invite investors and strategic partners who share this vision to join us.
